Patient Passports for Children

Some great news for all send children attending hospital or any medical appointments.

I am an active member of Sandwell Parent Voices United and had some involvement in the development of the patient passports by giving my opinion on some of the information needed in the patient passports to make our children's experience with medical appointments less stressful and easier to access.

It goes to show that our input as parents can make a big difference in making our children's lives easier.
