Throughout Summer Term 2021 we arranged meetings with a transport consultant working with Travel Assistance Team.
They wanted to find our what works well, what could be improved and our thoughts on some improvement ideas.
During the Summer we had many communicaitons from parents concerned about changes and safeguarding compliance of some of the companies with contracts in Sandwell.
Always a hot topic with lots to discuss. Join us for meetings with consultants or service leads in this area.
SPVU will facilitate meetings and topics raised will be led by parent discussion.
These meetings will hopefully help form an exciting relationship between Sandwell School Transport Services, SPVU and it’s members. In future we hope to invite local councillors who have SEN Transport in their portfolio to our meetings.
